same as what was in my car
visually this unit is identical in every way to the heater fan unit which i removed from my 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback. I checked it's operation prior to installing and it worked fine. 20 minutes later it was installed and has worked without any issues what so ever. I can't speak to the internal motor workings as it's a sealed unit, but so far so good. I would recommend this product to others.visually this unit is identical in every way to the heater fan unit which i removed from my 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback.
