A dude on YouTube named AKA engineer made a video and linked this part. I looked at a $35 part on Amazon but decided on this vendor for the OEM refurbished part and lifetime warranty. I replaced it with no issues and just a few cuss words when putting the door panel back on. Note, roll the window down and start at the door hinge side. Cussed a little more when the bottom light popped out at the end. Ops check good. Easy install, 40 minutes due to watching the YouTube videos.

I was totally skeptical, but I'm a believer in remanufactured now
I am one of those people that wants a VERY high standard of parts and repair for my 2015 4Runner Ltd. so I had a lot of hesitation about buying a remanufactured product. And then I found out the Toyota dealership wanted $388 for a new actuator. So I was motivated to take a chance. I'm really glad I did. This is such a good value and the added bonus is the low environmental footprint of remanufacturing a part instead of chunking it needlessly into your local land fill. You are getting an actual Toyota OEM part that has been remanufactured (i.e. apparently carbon builds up in these things). I've had the part work flawlessly for 3 weeks now of daily use and it's going strong. And the best part is you get a lifetime warranty on the part. Where else can you get a deal like that? I had my doubts like any smart buyer but after looking around it is by far the best deal you can get and it's 100% OEM. They saved me a lot of time and money, I was looking on-line to fixed the 2 doors of my 2014 toyota tundra and I saw a couple of videos on how to take them apart and install new little motors and I even went as far as to buy the 2 little motor but I was like wow if I don't install right or it just doesn't plain work I'm left without a door to open or close. So I was looking this you tube video on how to replace the actuator and the guy recommended this place and I'm so happy I was able to purchase and install for less than the actual price of a new one. This part new from Toyota is over $250 and all that is really the problem is the little motor inside goes bad. Now replacing this is both time consuming and requires great care and skill. This refurbed part is a great compromise because you save a ton of time now having to refurbish it yourself and offers a warranty which is perfect. I highly recommend these as I replaced 3 for less than the cost of 1 brand new one.This part new from Toyota is over $250 and all that is really the problem is the little motor inside goes bad.
