The part I ordered came in a timely manner and there was nothing wrong with it but it wasn't the right one for my car - was for an American manufactured car not Japanese. I contacted the seller who immediately said they would refund my money which I certainly appreciate and I have received that money. So they have my vote for being considerate sellers
