The filters were correct but the rings werent the correct size! Snaller than OEM! I messaged seller about this and just said it was a “bad batch”. At first they responded but then just ghosted me with no partial refund for the rings or a replacement! I will be leaving this feedback to show others that this seller is not responsive nor willing to help solve a problem with the product they sold.

You messaged on the 27th asking if you could get a partial refund for the washers. We responded on the next day, the 28th and told you we had experienced no issues with the thousands of washers we have sold and asked you what amount would you want refunded to cover replacing the washers and had no reply from you. You were not "ghosted" you chose not to respond to the message and opted to leave untrue feedback instead. Our feedback is proof that we are not the kind of seller you claim we are.
