Delivery was quick. Item was as described and works well. Transaction went well. One recommendation on the order process: vehicle info is required for programming. I sent an email to contact seller with vehicle info after purchase but it was not replied to. A separate email from the seller was sent requesting vehicle info and I replied with it and it was fine. If there was a way during purchase to add vehicle info in special notes this would have eliminated the extra support needed to get info.

Install and was truly plug and play. Initial problem was a bad alternator but through research learned it was fairly common for the ECM to be affected as the seller indicated in the description. Great experience.

*****I bought this item Tuesday night after business hours and received it Thursday morning. It came double packed in a box and large envelope. So they may shipped some parts with bubble wrap but this order didn't have any but personally for me this was fine. The wasn't any damage to the packaging and my item arrived fine. I put pcm in the truck and it started up just fine. The odometer is the same and now I'm good to go. Great seller!!!*****
