Poorly packaged for shipping, resulting in damage to the return tube fitting. Also, pictures did not show the damage to the spline or water inside the rack. Buyer beware, ask questions and for detailed pictures. I paid the full price and did not make a lower offer, the Company wanted me to just return the rack instead of making a partial refund to cover the cost to repair the damage. If I did not need the rack so bad, I would have returned it. The only Black Gold is in their pockets.

Purchased some used Michelin PSS tires from BGA. Tires showed up in better condition than listed. Was very happy with the tires and the shipping. Shipping was through UPS and was a bit pricey since I’m in the US. However, it all worked out and the shipping time wasn’t unreasonable. Was satisfied and would purchase again.
