The part itself feels very high quality and comes with 2 options for the hooks which connect to your doors. It just didn't fit my car very well, too wide. Not that the manufacturer said it would fit or anything. One Criticism i have is the wind noise is pretty bad. But a little tape fixes it pretty good

I've contacted them for 3 days..Nk response or acknowledgement of my messages..1 of the racks was missing a mounting bolt..it's critical to installing..I'm very displeased.. They'veinconvenienced me & horrible customer service.. Actually no service whatsoever..Don't use them imo
