Looks good, poor quality
In the end, I choose to keep it since I couldn’t find another that looked like this, but I’m going to have to work on it, modify it, and use some good ol’ fashion super glue. Here’s a few thing about it that are down-sides. The seem for the leather is ugly and has a big gap; not really a seam, just a cut line. The knob can’t be tightened down, it spins constantly on the shifter, doesn’t mater how much you crank down the screws. The bottom threaded cover does not stay tight, loosens easily and then rattles while driving. And lastly, not quite long enough to fully reach the boot (could vary from car to car), but on my Miata, there is a gap from the bottom of the knob to the top of the boot and my last knob didn’t have that. Despite me keeping it and trying to make it work, if I could do it ...
