Easy and quick response. Took care of me with the New grille I ordered. A mounting tab was broken on grille during shipping. I could have returned it but we agreed on a % refund as I could fix it. Need to add some packing foam for future items like these. I still gave a 5 star because the seller was prompt and quick with response times during messages about this issue. Even though the tab was broken the customer service and situation is most important which was performed amazing. Thank you!

Item and seller was great to deal with. FedEx, however was terrible and delivered a signature required package to the wrong address! The address was clearly visible on the packaging and still was delivered to completely different address not even close to where it was supposed to be!
