1. The item was poorly packaged and its one of the worst packaging jobs I have ever seen. It nearly fell apart just from picking up the box.2. You include 2 adjusting sleeves that both go to the pitman arm tie rod, but not one for the drag link. Its a little unethical to include 2 sleeves that go to the same thing don t you? Especially when you only need one of them! I had to go buy the drag link sleeve separately from O Rielly s.3. Everything else did work out, so I ll give you that much.

It started off horribly. I received the item and pieces were missing and some broken. Contacted the seller and they shipped out a replacement right away.. Received the replacements and they to were broken in the box. Contacted seller again and they gave me a refund immediately. Apologized again and again.
