I ordered a mass air flow sensor for a 1996 Mustang gt from this seller. The item was listed to be in New condition. once I received the item I plugged it into my car just to find out that it was faulty right out of the box so I contacted the seller immediately to inform them. They message saying no return for buyers mistake but yet it was them that sold me a non working sensor. Avoid this seller because you might be the next person they rip off. Seller misrepresented this item as gray in color in their ad. They confirmed in an email that it was gray in color before I purchased it. The item arrived quickly, but it was not gray, it was black. Post-purchase communication from seller was a little confusing and not helpful. Eventually, Seller gave a full refund to settle the matter. The Seller was not dishonest, but dealt poorly with my initial inquiry about the color and initially offered poor customer service. Satisfactory conclusion.
