Seller misrepresented this item as gray in color in their ad. They confirmed in an email that it was gray in color before I purchased it. The item arrived quickly, but it was not gray, it was black. Post-purchase communication from seller was a little confusing and not helpful. Eventually, Seller gave a full refund to settle the matter.
