Carbonized Contacts??
Even though my old relay would energize and make and break the contacts, it was still no good due to carbon built up on the contacts. New unit worked good.

HTR relay, AC fan not turning on- FIXED. :)
Was having a problem with the AC blower not working on my Corolla. After checking the fuses and everything else I narrowed it down to this- HTR relay which is under the dash on the passenger side (WAAYYY up there in a junction box.) Replaced the relay amd AC blows again.
