Easy and quick response. Took care of me with the New grille I ordered. A mounting tab was broken on grille during shipping. I could have returned it but we agreed on a % refund as I could fix it. Item and seller was great to deal with. FedEx, however was terrible and delivered a signature required package to the wrong address! The address was clearly visible on the packaging and still was delivered to completely different address not even close to where it was supposed to be!
