Overall the process was OK, but unfortunately when the item arrived, although the item was New as stated, it was still damaged. Since the box had no damage, the item was damaged before it was shipped. I requested a response and the great news is they refunded me immediately. So happy with the response to the issue, not happy with the initial item.
