    Cheap, easily broken piece.

    Cheap casting that is brittle. The feet snapped off trying to remove the windshield wiper arm. Used a standard gear puller with success. I don't recommend buying this low quality device.

    took lots of wd-40 to loosen wiper on shaft but did the job with some patience.

    very similar to the pullers i used to pull watch hands off watches. effective, do not over torque the tool. use some knocker loose stuff like wd-40 to break rust and corrosion.
