Purchased a power steering pump from this seller , what should have been a 10 min install turned into a 12 day delay. 1st it was the wrong part, seller requested serial number and pictures, and responded on a text by day basis. Seller then offered me a $10 inconvenience fee and asked to sell the part on my own with no refund. Had to contact Ebay directly who then contacted seller and reminded them of the worry free refund policy! **Buyer beware**
