I just received the product was really well packaged customer service was above and beyond checking on my delivery making sure that it arrived on time. Merchant went out of his way to make sure I knew where to go if I needed assistance or had any problems I have not had a chance to install it because of inclement weather today I can't wait to try to get it into my vehicle.

I sure hope this one lasts longer then the last one,. It lasted just over 6 months!! I was told to package up in a strong box and send it back to factory . This was after 3hours to have it installed. I was not happy with answer. I hope this one is better!! Alex
