After waiting a month for my luggage rack to ship from China a tiny envelope with my name on it arrived. It contained a plastic bag with 3 hex keys and nothing else. Apparently somewhere along the way the labels or the packages got switched. Tracking shows I received a package but it was not what I ordered so I filed a claim. I was refunded my purchase price.
