Good communications, easy to negotiate with. eBay favors buyers so much it makes if difficult for sellers to maintain a high sellers percentage. This guy is great. Item as described, shipping was an issue but seller was easy to deal with and communication was good. Received partial refund for late item which I agreed to and then it showed up a day or so later, but it was like 10 days past expected delivery date so not sure what happened. Either way I’m all good now and ready to start driving the car!
