Poor quality and does not fit.
This radiator and almost all coming from China for the 94 through 99 Celica have the lower tank made incorrectly. The locating pegs are shifted 5mm to one side. Because of this the upper mounting bolts will not attach to the core support. You could always get out a grinder or rat tail file but they are sold as a direct fit product and they should drop right into place. The hole for the temp sensor was a full mm larger than the original. The sealing o-ring didn't even touch the walls. I ended up returning this and ordered a Denso unit which matched the original which was also made by Denso perfectly.
