Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.

NO Hiccups
The bumper was a great find, and I was thrilled to see my husband so happy with it as well! It shipped so fast and arrived quickly. Everything was in great condition and well protected; thank you very much for that! The only hiccup was the condition of the instructions. The instructions came with a picture for every step of the instructions and that is fantastic! However, the images were so dark and unclear, my husband and his son could not see them at all. My husband has reading issues from cognitive problems, so images are what he gathers the information from first.
