    Hood latch

    Although I already had aftermarket latches on the hood of my Jeep. One side had the retainer clip break off due to it being plastic. These appear to be good quality and all metal. Gave it 4/5 stars due to the fact not yet installed. Didn’t have the right size Allen wrench at time of review to remove old set.

    Perfect and cost effective

    I looked at a number of hood latch options to replace the OEM set on my 2017 Wrangler. This is my fourth Jeep and wanted something that was all metal and somewhat adjustable for maximum hold down pressure of the hood. These are perfect and much cheaper than other options. Well built, heavy duty and very tight. I did use the existing factory OEM nuts on the kit provided bolts because they were galvanized, with a flange vs. chromed.

    Very Satisfied

    Pretty easy install if you’ve removed your inner fender liners on the front, I could see it being difficult if you have those still installed. Overall I’m very happy, they look great, work just like the OEM latches and are made of sturdy, black powder coated steel. Will update with pics.
