1997 TJ- Lock housing is identical to OEM, but the casing that fits over the lock and mounts to the lock housing with a single screw is taller/longer than the OEM part, preventing proper fit to center console. It appears to be made to fit a thinner mounting surface- as in the arm rest is too thick for this part to properly mount.
