Nuwheels has been amazing the whole way through the process, the day i purchased the rims the packaging info was created the same day, they shipped from CA to me in NC in exactly one week. UPS seemed to have damaged the box and one of the rims in the shipping process. Nuwheels was immediate to respond to my message, said i could send them back or get a small discount refund. and has been polite and amazing, the rims look great and this seller is amazing.
