Deceptive, unethical seller! Made offer and then created an excuse why item could not be sent. Said item was broken and it was the last one, even though the listing indicated four were available. However, in less than 18 hours, the seller miraculously offered the same item to me for almost twice the price. AVOID this unscrupulous seller!

Photo was a little misleading as I thought I was getting a soft shackle included so when I received the package, I was a little disappointed, but after rereading the description, it clearly says does not include the soft shackle so I give the seller five stars, but in the heading of the description it should’ve said, includes ring only and does not include soft shackles in the fine print at the very bottom of it is description, again seller did nothing wrong
