The sellers communication was very good and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the right part since there really are so many options or configurations between the different BMW models that have xdrive. The packaging was really great and that was a relief for sure because I worried about a potential impact during shipping causing damage but the seller/distributor took care of business. This company definitely responded quickly and got my part to me quickly. However, it said it was a direct replacement and was not. I had to spend an extra 400 dollars for their mistake on the part and they only said they would refund me 30 dollars on a part that wasn't what the description said so I'm quite upset. Communication went fine, and part arrived quickly.
