Great seller, really appreciate their professionalism, communication and fast shipping of the five tier shelves. When there was a question or I needed something they took care of it immediately. Now as far as the shelf itself. I sent a picture and you get three sets of poles. To put together all five shelves. You would have to have four sets of poles. Or you're always going to have one shelf left. Thanks again for resolving issue. I definitely would buy from seller again.

Hello, I received the second part of the shipment yesterday, but unfortunately was damaged in shipping. I’ve enclosed a couple of pictures showing the damage. The damage caused one of the drawer arms of the the bottom drawer to bend slightly so it won’t come out, but think I may be able to salvage it.
I can either attempt to repair the damage and keep it with a sizable discount, or pack it back up and send back to you for a refund. You let me know what’s convenient for you. Thanks
