Very good condition. Delivered on time is good packaging. Hardware included nut clips, bolts and lock nuts. I purchased 12 each 1/4 dia. (hole) x 3/4" flat washers (16 cents each) to go under the nuts which attach the brackets to the truck. Washers are probably not needed but the nuts are not shoulder nuts so the nut bearing surface is small and using a washer provides more surface tension for the nut. Easy to install with a ratchet, 1/2" deep socket and a 3/8" socket. One person job.

Sent me running boards that were clearly not the ones pictured. Said I was lying . Offered me $70 refund on a $900 set of boards. The boards are badly dented . I installed the boards based on his good rating figuring he would adjust price fairly . I contacted him immediately after receiving. Sent multiple photos showing the damage . Dishonest seller that uses pristine stock for advertising then sends beat up junk. Items were very well packaged clarifying damage was not from shipping.

Buyer mounted parts and later started to complain about damage. Part was on his car already... Why would you mount the damaged part???? We offered a fully refundable free return later. But for some reason the buyer did not want to... he wanted to keep parts and get 500$ refund. sounds very suspicious, pretty much like online fraud.

Contacted the seller with no response. These are not in the condition the listing stated. They are faded, gouged and had deep scratches. Very disappointed and the seller never responded to me. Stay away from this person. The only positive was that they were packaged well. I should be issued a refund and paid to ship them back to him.
