    Works with YJ

    Rather than change to CJ hinders on my ‘87 YJ I just used the side of the hinge factory screws. Worked just fine and didn’t have to change hinges or drill/tap factory units.

    Should have same rods

    I don't know why they put one long rod and one short bent rod in the package. The passenger side rod is short and makes it tough to see. Would have made more sense to put 2 long arms similar to the driver side mirror arm. The item is of good quality and install was easy.

    Old school feel

    These mirrors looked great on the Jeep. After adequate tightening they're weren't loosening at all. Keep in mind the passenger side mirror is going to be raised upward. You're supposed to view the mirror through the windshield. I didn't know this when I first got mind.
