The shifter broke while I was driving, the snap ring holding it together came apart while I was merging on a highway and the shifter came out, making it unable for me to shift gears, almost caused a very bad accident. Very dissapointed at this major safety negligence. I want a full refund for my terrifying experience.

I have emailed and waited 5 days for a reply, but no response and no request to return it. This kit does not include the snap ring that holds it into the tranny and I didnt install the shifter. Sounds like the snap ring holding it in the tranny was not installed correctly and the shifter popped out of the hole....so I think its unfair to blame me. Have sold many of these with no issues!
