Lace locks on boots were jammed and would not work. This detail was not disclosed by seller. Since the item was not returnable I had to fix at my expense. Afterwards, I contacted seller, but got no help. Just a "sorry" they are "as is" and "I supplied picutres." Problem is you can't see the defect in the pictures. Additionally seller waited 5 days to ship. Overall not a good experience.
