Good afternoon, I received my product but it arrived damaged. In addition, I was charged an amount for customs which was not specified during the conversations we had. So the cost was practically the same as if I had purchased it in my country. It would be important to improve your packaging and shipping so that they do not mistreat the products, and also inform them about extra customs charges to evaluate the purchase.
