Intake seems ok, customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Left parts out of original package, made me take pictures of everything, had to wait for them to verify weight of original package to make sure I wasn't lying. Once they verified original package was under weight, never got any apology for them making a mistake in not sending all the parts. Once I got replacement parts package week and a half later, realized they did not send all the missing parts. Not recommended

To be clear, verification of missing items is a procedure we do. This buyer had a velocity stack that was verified to be missing via invoiced weight. We promptly sent the replacement afterwards. Pictures that the customer self provided showed the hardware to attach the replacement part. We own up when we make a mistakes and address it appropriately with objective findings. In this case we replaced the missing part of the kit and do of course apologize for the inconvenience.
