When the new part didn't connect as the OEM part disconnecred, I complained to the sender on the feedback page and received a response within 48 hours with a picture tutorial of how this should work if connected (differently) as shown. It was only one page with 4 diagrams that I wish had been included with the new lights upon arrival! It works, it was simple, and I actually like it better than the OEM. Overall, pleased with the product and the response.

BUYER BEWARE Terrible disorganized company zero accountability shipping went to 4 states when the state of origin is next door product was damaged with holes in it bad stiching and even worse customer service who did nothing but bs. After explaining my concerns and showing proof in pictures they offered me 20% back absolutely not I deserve a full refund or at very least a product that does as advertised
