They sent me the damaged power steering rack, full of defects and did not have the correct part number that I purchased. I don't recommend them at all. Not a trustworthy seller.

Good afternoon, I received my product but it arrived damaged. In addition, I was charged an amount for customs which was not specified during the conversations we had. So the cost was practically the same as if I had purchased it in my country. It would be important to improve your packaging and shipping so that they do not mistreat the products, and also inform them about extra customs charges to evaluate the purchase.

So far we got this fully installed on the 99 Mercedes CLK 320, and definitely much firmer steering, no play, the company has received my core so I should be getting a refund soon. Thus far very happy with the product, shipping was fast and Customer service thus far has been outstanding.
