Item is BRAND NEW same as the other 600+ i have sold on ebay in the past 10 years w/ no complaints. Yes the thin plastic package was split & the keys fell out so i taped them to the box so they didn't get lost. had this a$$hole simply said to me that it was a gift could i send another 1 with a better package i would have done so w/ no issues. But he starts the conversation by cussing at me then gets pi$$ed off because i cuss back? Grow up A$$HOLE!! Too bad i cant show the WHOLE conversation.
