Upon contacting the seller, he told me that I had received a genuine item and not a pattern part. However his description of so called genuine parts describe the calipers as 'like genuine'. I was offered some Mondeo calipers at a discounted price as they wouldn't offer me a discount. These discounted calipers were more expensive than the same from other sellers.

    Well made, value for money brake replacement kit.

    The kit comes with all the parts needed to fit new brakes. The overall finish of the discs is good and there are no problems with out of tolerance components not fitting together. The kit replaced the OEM parts on our Fabia and produced a noticeable improvement in braking.

    Excellent

    These disks and pads give an excellent positive feel to braking. Mintex have been around for a long time supplying performance braking solutions. Even though this is not intended to be a performance kit the quality of the components and the feel and effectiveness of braking make them feel like a performance upgrade to OEM parts.
