The stock grommets which hold the radiator in place on the BMW E39 have a "T" shaped slot that keeps the grommet attached to the radiator. The purchased radiator comes with no grommets and the mounting surface (slot) is circular in shape and in no way can I use the stock grommets. Also, the top of the stock radiator is held in place with a depression/rubber insert, this is not present in the aftermarket radiator. Other than those issues I will say it is well built, but unusable in current state
