The first package came missing one of the items because the package wasn’t properly secured and one of the lifts probably felt off during shipping. I contacted the seller and he agreed to send the replacement which I received a week later. The lifts are as advertised and seem to work fine after installation. Will see how long they’ll last. The OE lasted 21 years. I’ll be happy if these can last half as long. Great customer service and willing to make things right when unexpected event happened
