Seller attempted to make it right by offering $20 credit which is not that great when the posting was for a new item. After reviewing the items online, the box was suppose to be wrapped with plastic and the item was suppose to have stickers around the bolt to shows it new. This one did not have any indication that it was new.

Drop pitman arm
This drop pitman arm is made from strong hardened steel designed specifically for one to four inch lifted suspensions. There is another arm they make that you can add for four to six inch lifted suspensions.
