Perfect for service on Warn XD9000I
I purchased this to rebuild a Warn XD9000i that I had picked up. The previous owner had left it out in the weather and the sliding gear inside this housing was corroded and would no longer slide - preventing the winch from free-spooling. This included all the parts and gaskets needed to fix my issue and my winch is now functioning like new. Simply swapped my planetary gears into this unit, greased it with the Warn recommended grease, and put her back together. Parts included are two gaskets, the housing, the sliding gear, and the free spool assembly. Also included are some stickers for the model number of the winch the housing can be used on. One note - the picture shows the lever for the free spool as a round bar-type lever. The actual level included is a cast piece that is lower profile ... I purchased this to rebuild a Warn XD9000i that I had picked up.
