This radiator core measured as described, but, the tanks are 1/2 inch from being as tall as the original radiator. I simply added 1/2 inch foam rubber on top of the tanks along with the original pads. The hold down plate now holds the radiator tight.

Nice all aluminum radiator to replace original.
