The system's showed order's shipped but in fact the seller did nothing. I'd been waiting my order until the estimated delivery date's reached, the seller still did nothing and the seller also privately asked me to pay extra shipping cost even I already paid the express one. The customer ordered the product on Friday evening and expected to receive the product on Tuesday, from Europe to Thailand in two days is unreal. Express delivery was refused. We did not understand his behaviour, let him look for happiness elsewhere. Good luck
