I found the auction misleading, especially AFTER looking at their „ other items“. They listed JUST the air filter for sale as it would come in the Hengst box. The auction I purchased from showed the filter WITH the intake hose, and no identifiable markings to show the filter in THAT picture. I wanted the intake hose with filter, but only received the filter. Next time I will ask questions. They did communicate with me, but their return link did not work. I returned without getting a RMA.

I received my order for 2 very expensive air struts and shortly after receipt I opened the box and noticed one of the air struts had no air. There was also a notice from the manufacturer that if there was no air in the strut to contact the seller which I did through the proper channels in eBay on 4/12/24. After 13 days there has been no response from the Seller. This is hardly the customer service I expected.
