I was told to return through eBay, but when I asked twice if a new item could be shipped in a different box I get no response. You should have seen the response I got from FORD when I bought a $70,000 Lincoln continental. But no such response from FORD on a simple question of shipping. Item is trash not returning and not purchasing another as I feel again it will be a waste of my time

Ad is false and misleading. Received only 1 key and no velcro noise pads. Ad stated 2 keys and noise pads in three separate locations of ad. Notified seller and was shown ebay return policy with no effort taken towards resolution. They did admit ad was "mislabeled". Also is a cheap plastic lock. Bad shopping experience all the way around.
