The “small crack” noted was a 3” chip. When the item arrived, pieces of plastic had chipped completely off of the outer lens. I contacted the seller in a polite way to discuss a return. The seller was very unhelpful and when I suggested that we involve eBay to resolve the issue; I reveived an irate message back. Be aware that the seller will not only refuse to work out any issues amicably, their reaponses are very rude.

That is a downright lie. His message stated that it had a crack and he sent a photo showing the exact crack the we had photographed in our ebay listing. After I brought that to his attention the story immediate changed to a chunk was missing when he opened it. That is after he already sent the photo of the taillight being in one piece through ebay messages. He says I was irate because I told him I cannot accept a return. I was not rude at all.
