    Miss represented, unsupported.

    Confirming it “fit my vehicle”, with a note saying “yellow tag” length, the “green” tag being 3.5” longer it seemed obvious this should be the one, I purchased it and installed, ten feet from the floor jack it was separated from the joint and broken. Researching further now, I found there was a third length called a “red tag” specially made for the diesel version I owned, less than a inch longer and not offered by them. I called to come to some compromise, they inquired if it had been installed by a certified mechanic, I replied, “no, I installed it” to which they replied, “under our company policy we can’t warranty that.” The issue isn’t the install, the issue was the operating length. I rebuild my own engines, own three companies, one being a demolition company with millions of dollars ...
