Avoid this seller. Seller is unreasonable. Placed an order and then a minute later tried to cancel. Seller quickly marked it as shipped and responded unable to cancel because item has shipped. Now it's a day later and USPS still didn't receive package.

We only received 3 of the 4 sill plates. When I followed up with the seller to see if they could send the missing plate, their message was abrupt and unconcerned about the shipping mistake. The purchase was made as a Christmas gift, and thus the package was never opened for 4 weeks. They say that the number of pieces was verified at shipment. However the package arrived fully intact and missing a piece. No offer was made to send a partial refund for the missing part.

After this review, seller followed up and acknowledged an error on their end and offered 2 very acceptable solutions. We chose to accept a partial refund for the one missing part. I am now satisfied with the service of this seller.
