NEW ITEM AND NEW IN BOX, NEVER USED BUT THE WORD REMA THAT I MISSED, MEANT REMANUFACTURED I WAS SEARCHING FOR A NEW STARTER AND SKIPPED OTHER LOWER PRICED REMANUFACTURED PRODUCTS.
